I will take a crispy cookie over a chewy one any day and these absolutely hit the spot! I picked up a bag of the brown sugar cinnamon pecan ones at the coffee festival in DC and the flavor is perfection! These are my new favorites for sure! I also was pleasantly surprised to see that the ingredient list was fairly clean and readable, with the first ingredient being wheat flour. Can't wait to eat more of these!
