Last Minute Desserts

We’ve all been there. Whether you’re running late to a party, need a quick treat, or just don’t have the time to wait for a cake to bake, we know that life can get crazy.  But don’t stress! Desserts are for treating yourself, and we’ve got you covered with 4 of the easiest “last minute” desserts.

The S’mores Cone (14 min.)
Wishing you could relax by the campfire and let time slip away? This easy gooey s’mores cone will give you a taste of home. Plus, it eliminates the need to clean up a sticky mess!
In a large bowl, stir one crushed graham cracker, ½ of a Hershey’s Chocolate Bar, and 15-20 mini marshmallows. Fill one ice cream cone with the mixture, wrap in tinfoil, and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minute. Serve warm as if they were freshly toasted around the bonfire!
Caramel Cookie Cup (15 min.)
A fun twist on your classic Chocolate chip cookie. Prepare the dough yourself ahead of time (freezes well) or grab some from the shelf of your local supermarket.
Coat one muffin pan with cooking spray. Press pre-prepared cookie dough into each section, making a cup shape. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, and press a mini Snickers or Twix bar into each as soon as they are finished. Drizzle with caramel for extra sweetness if desired!
Brownie Waffles (5 min.)
The perfect spin on a chewy brownie- prepared in just a few minutes.  These make for the perfect last minute dessert whether hosting guests or cozying up for a movie night!
Prepare your favorite boxed brownie mix in one large bowl according to the instructions. Instead of preheating the oven and baking them, place 4 large dollops of batter on a greased waffle iron. Bake for 2-3 minutes, and serve with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream on top.
Chocolate Oatmeal Mug (10 min.)
Looking for a quick and easy dessert, or even a super sweet breakfast? This no-bake Chocolate Oatmeal Mug is for you.
Place 2 tsp. chocolate chips and 1 tsp. oil in microwave-safe mug. Microwave on high for 20 seconds to melt chips; stir. Add 2 tbsp. Milk, 1 egg white and ¼ tsp. vanilla; whisk together with a fork until well blended. Add 3.5 tablespoons of the oats, 2 tbsp. Flour,1.5 tbsp. sugar and 1 tbsp. cocoa powder. Whisk with fork and then sprinkle the remaining 1/2 tablespoon oats.  Microwave on high for 60 to 80 seconds until risen and just firm to the touch. Enjoy warm!

Or, you could ditch all preparations and go for your favorite package of Whisked cookies! We take the time to hand make them fresh and chewy so that you don’t have to. Easy to order online or pick up from your local organic grocer, you can taste the happiness baked right in.
